The personal details we ask for during the registration process will be used to complete your registration for this event. By default, your name, hospital and other contact information will be displayed throughout the virtual event. You are able to control the information shown to other delegates on the online event portal. We require your name and hospital/organisation in order to identify you during the event, including during on-site registration and for proof of UK & European CPD claims.

 

You will have the opportunity to network with delegates, exhibitors and faculty at the virtual event. Your name will be searchable on the online event portal and other attendees may request to connect with you. You are able to enter exhibitor and poster presenter ‘rooms’ where you can chat to exhibitors over video call. You are able to disable your mic and video during these calls.

 

Your telephone number and email address will be used to contact you prior to this event, in relation to this registration where necessary; to update you on programme/logistical information relating to this event and in order to send promotional information from sponsors relating to this event, including from Pharmaceutical companies sponsoring the event. Your billing address will be used to process your payment for this event. Your hospital address will be used to show the geographical spread of attendees to this event. Your name, hospital and job title will be sent onto speakers at the event, to enable the content of the talks to be properly targeted to the audience. These will also be passed to exhibitors and sponsors of the event.
